What is ARIA?
ARIA stands for Adaptive Reflective Intelligence for Advancement. She is the voice intelligence layer of Virorah Vantage — designed not to answer HR questions generically, but to think through your specific professional situation with you, in real time, calibrated to your MERIDIAN context.
ARIA is not a search engine. She is a thinking partner. She asks one question at a time, listens to what you say, and builds her understanding of your situation across the conversation. The more you share, the sharper she gets.
How is ARIA different?
Every response ARIA generates knows your state, your industry, your org type, your seniority, and your company's policy guardrails — because your MERIDIAN profile is injected into every prompt. You are not getting a generic HR answer. You are getting an answer calibrated to your exact professional reality.
The three modes
Case Partner
Talk through a live ER case — disciplinary, termination, grievance, PIP, harassment, or any situation that's landed on your desk. ARIA guides you through the PACT framework in real time: Process Integrity, Accountability Clarity, Consequence Mapping, and Trust Preservation. She helps you see the case the way a labour court would, before you act.
Use this when: something just happened and you need to think through it fast, without calling a lawyer at 9pm.
Conversation Coach
Practice the exact conversation you need to have — with a difficult direct report, a resistant manager, the CFO who doesn't believe in HR, or an employee who's about to resign. ARIA plays the other person. She pushes back. She gets defensive. She gives you real pressure so the actual conversation feels easier.
Use this when: you know what you need to say but you're not sure how to say it, or you're worried about the reaction.
Reflection
Think out loud about your month — the cases you navigated, the decisions that still sit with you, the patterns you're noticing, the things you'd do differently. ARIA listens, asks one question at a time, and surfaces what's actually underneath what you're saying. It's a structured professional retrospective, not a therapy session.
Use this when: you feel like you've been on autopilot and want to step back and understand what's actually been happening.
Using the mic
Tap the mic once to start speaking. ARIA listens continuously — no need to rush. After 5 seconds of silence, it processes what you said. If you have "Review before sending" turned on, your transcript appears in an edit box before it's sent — so you can correct any mishearing. Tap the mic again any time to stop early.
Your privacy
ARIA conversations are processed through Anthropic's Claude API. All content is treated as confidential. Conversations are saved locally to your browser (not to Virorah's servers) unless you explicitly save them. Your MERIDIAN context is included in each prompt to calibrate the response — it is not retained by Anthropic.
